Honey tasting… and its tasting good!

A meeting with the Melbourne City Rooftop Honey crew at the Juddy Roller yesterday was a good opportunity for a bit of honey sampling.  These honeys have been harvested from hive all over Melbourne, from the CBD to Brunswick. What a treat!    

First ripe tomatoes?

Remember our over wintered tomato plant? ( https://libertasgardens.com.au/winter-tomatoes-or-the-joy-inner-city-life/ )   Well after a break of a couple of months, it has started producing again! Our first ripe tomato… in the first week of November! Will this be a new variety? We are planning to keep this fabulous genetic alive by keeping seeds and cross fertilising
